Hi, Nama Saya Zairene Joy B. Lucas, in english, my name is Zairene Joy B. Lucas. I am 20 years old and a graduating student of Bachelor of Secondary Education major in English. I am a student of Nueva Ecija University of Science and Technology, Philippines.

I joined the SEA Teacher project for the main reason that I know this is a great opportunity for me to become a better version of myself. And, I did. During the practicum I have become more independent and i have overcame one of my weaknesses, public speaking. The experiences and the lessons I've had during the practicum have been helpful holistically.

I am a very friendly person, but you will have to approach me first. I like talking to other people but I do not usually initiate a conversation, so if you ever wanna talk to me, go ahead and do not hesitate, i'm all ears.

I am a risk taker. I firmly believe that if you never try, then you will never know, and that we should never be afraid to go out of our comfort zones. This is what I have shared to my students. Be confident, and do not be afraid to make mistakes, instead, learn from each of it.
